Classes

A big room built for slow, hard work

The Lagree Method is high intensity and low impact. You move slowly, stay under tension and feel every muscle working. Our main studio holds 35 Lagree EVO PRO machines around a signature instructor stage, with custom spotlighting and chromotherapy-inspired light.

Recovery

Six recovery rooms, open to everyone

You do not need to take a class to book recovery. Massage, dry float, electric cryotherapy, the Ammortal Chamber and compression therapy all sit under one roof, with a lounge for rolling out after.
