About

David Ingram founded REFORMD in Toronto in June 2025 with 31 Megaformer® machines and has welcomed more than 126,000 guest bookings. Calabasas is next.

The Calabasas studio opens in January 2027 at The Commons with 37 Lagree® EVO PRO machines and six recovery rooms. It has been announced as the world's largest Lagree studio. Sebastien Lagree, who created the Lagree Method, has said REFORMD reflects where he sees the future of Lagree heading.

Co-Founder of REFORMD Calabasas, owner and operator

Heather Perren

Heather Perren was an elementary school teacher when she found Lagree. After her triplets were born in 2010, she went looking for a workout to get back into shape, and one class was enough. In 2015, as her kids started kindergarten, she became a certified Lagree trainer. She is also certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

In 2020 Sebastien Lagree appointed her a Senior Master Trainer for Lagree Fitness. That same year she moved from teaching on the Megaformer® in studio to virtual classes on the Lagree Microformer®, and co-founded Lagreeing at Home, now Lagreeing by LAH, with Lagree Master Trainer Lexi Heinzer. The platform offers more than 2,000 on-demand classes and live classes every day, taught by certified Lagree trainers around the world.

At Lagree Fitness HQ, Heather is Director of Events and leads community relations, working side by side with Sebastien Lagree. Her focus is instructor education, certification and community, including the annual Lagree Summit.

Heather grew up in Calabasas. REFORMD Calabasas, her partnership with David Ingram, brings everything she has learned teaching and training instructors back to the place she calls home. Away from the studio she loves cooking, travel and time with her husband and their teenage triplets.

"Having grown up in this community, bringing a concept of this scale to Calabasas is especially meaningful to me."
