What we collect through forms
When you fill in a form (waitlist, contact, newsletter, private training, auditions or corporate inquiries), we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone and message, plus the page you were on and how you found us (for example a campaign link).
Cookies
We use essential storage to remember your cookie choice and how you first arrived on the site. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice.
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site visits and Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Neither loads if you decline.
Our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Form submissions are sent to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, so the team can reply and send the updates you asked for.
Bookings (Arketa)
Class and recovery bookings will be handled by Arketa, our booking platform, under its own privacy policy.
Newsletter
If you tick the email box, we send studio news and pre-opening offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
